Standards for this location:
- Minimum booking of 6 months.
- Mandatory deposit of 2 months.
- Cost of electricity, water and cleaning service not included.
The optional cleaning fee is 18,00€ per hour (minimum 3 hours per session).
Each month the cost of utilities (electricity and water) must be paid according to the consumption that the tenant makes in the house, as soon as the receipts of each consumption are received.
MyCO makes with the tenant a Rental Agreement that requires the payment in advance of a security deposit of 2 months for an amount of 4.000€.
It must be paid into the account indicated in the contract by bank transfer.
This deposit will be returned after the end of the Rental Contract by bank transfer, after checking the condition of the apartment on the day of check-out, provided that there are no unpaid bills (electricity, water, cleaning).
